Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know which lighting product I need?

Start with the application. Are you lighting a cove, stair, aisle, mirror, display, or exterior feature? From there, Tube Lighting Products can help narrow the voltage, lumen output, color temperature, mounting style, and controls. Call us at (619) 442-0577 – we've got people ready to assist you.

How do I find a local Tube Lighting Products agent?

Use the Find an Agent tool or call Tube Lighting Products directly at (619) 442-0577. Most projects move through agents and distributors, but the team can help point you to the right contact if you’re not sure where to start.

Can Tube Lighting Products help with custom lighting?

Yes. We can work from a sketch, drawing, field condition, or fixture problem. Our in-house team can fabricate, weld, paint, assemble, and support custom work for commercial projects.

What details should I have before I call?

Helpful details include the application, run length, voltage, brightness, color temperature, location, dimming needs, mounting style, and timeline. If you don’t have all of that yet, contact or call us anyway at (619) 442-0577.

Does Tube Lighting Products work with contractors, distributors, architects, and designers?

Yes. We support agents, distributors, contractors, architects, lighting designers, and specifiers. We’re a B2B lighting company, not a retail shopping-cart site.

Are TLP products UL listed?

Tube Lighting Products has been a UL house for 35+ years. We work closely with UL and build products around code and field requirements. Listings vary by product, so check the specification sheet or call us at (619) 442-0577 for the exact listing on the product you need. Explore our Products
